Shagun Tour & Travels Terms And Conditions
1. Toll Tax, Parking Passenger Tax will be paid by the party.
2. Advance is not refundable on cancellation of the vehicle.
3.Party will be responsible for their goods and luggage carried in the vehicle.
4. Party will be responsible for the challan
penalty for the wrong guidance of the road by them.
5. Maximum average will be 300 Kms. per day.
6.Vehicle booked any time in the day will be charged second day after 12:00 midnight.
7.Vehicle will not accommodate passengers more than Seating Capacity.
8.If Vehicle is run less than averages Kms. Party will have to pay according to average Kms.
9 Night charges applicable according to condition and situation.
After 12.00 it is mandatory to pay Rs 1000/- nightly fee.
10.All contradiction will be paid by the party.(Like Toll tax, Inter state tax etc)
